Merriam Webster's Collegiate Dictionary : "Engineering is defined as: the application of science and mathematics by which the properties of matter and the sources of energy in nature are made useful to people."
Engineers use imagination, judgment, and reasoning to apply science, technology, mathematics, and practical experience. Today, Engineers exist in all walks of life: transport, medicine, entertainment, space exploration, environmental management – you name it, engineers shape it!
